By the end of September we will not have seen sun for a while …..Come and relax
on Kerala´s beaches and spoil yourself with a Yoga retreat that multiplies your
holiday relaxation by a thousand! This retreat is intended to relax and
rejuvenate body mind and spirit! It does not matter if you are a beginner or an
experienced Yogi- everyone is welcome.
We will practice yoga on the lawn surrounded by trees or in the Roof covered
Bamboo house - yoga room . There will be guided meditations and interesting
practices on awareness and the senses. There is no “must” or strict schedule and
there will be enough time to chill- out on the pristine beaches.
We will eat in the open-air restaurant where there is a rich variety of
vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, served as breakfast and lunch/dinner.
Your accommodation will make it easy for you to relax and enjoy falling asleep
to the sound of the waves breaking in the distance.
You can extend your stay- maybe even spending Christmas in Kerala, or for those
who are interested in getting to know India and its people better you could
travel further and explore.

The DIVINE retreats are carefully designed for people interested in an honest
self-exploration and longing to experience the power of meditation with Hatha
Yoga classes. Our program is structured to provide a space for transformation to
happen.
Following the DIVINE standard of providing you with personal attention and
genuine guidance; you will be taken care of from your airport arrival in Kerala
until the retreat ends.
The twice daily Hatha Yoga classes with clear instructions and focus on
alignment provide a deep opening of your body... the pranayma, breathing
exercises create a space for centering and balancing of your mind.... the
self-understanding sessions will shed light on many corners of your being.....
And the gentle meditation guidance will take you to the silence of your heart.
During our retreat you will experience the power of Silence. The preparation for
a short period of Silence is carefully designed, and is a time extremely valued
by our participants. Most people who have not practiced Silence before are
positively surprised with the easiness of the practice and the deep relaxation
that comes with it.
We will also explore the stunning natural surroundings with day-trips to
Alleppey Backwaters and secluded beaches as well as visiting the Ancient Temples
of Ampalapuzha explore the temple architecture , where you can buy kerala
specials!
During the retreat, the following therapies are available: Ayurvedic
Rejuvenation Massage, Reikhi Healing, Pranic Healing, Crystal Healing and
Naturopathy.

village, swim, or you may take advantage of various daytrips available at an
additional cost. Ayurvedic massage, Reiki and pranic healing are available
upon request, as is access to the.
The ancient Kerala culture still rules this area
of Kerala’s western high and low lands. You will have many opportunities to
